1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration
When you register an account with winpk game, you agree to provide accurate, truthful and current information. Any false information provided during registration — including name, date of birth, address or mobile number — may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is entitled to one account only. If we detect that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different details — we will close the duplicate accounts without notice. Any bonus funds claimed through duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full. This is a zero-tolerance policy at winpk game.
3.2 Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your winpk game account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with any other person. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on winpk game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit/credit cards.

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements
Withdrawals at winpk game are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. 4.2 Bonus Funds and Withdrawal
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. When you request a withdrawal while bonus funds are active, winpk game may remove the bonus balance and any winnings generated exclusively from that bonus if the wagering requirement has not been completed.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. The following general bonus rules apply across all offers unless otherwise stated:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only — new player bonuses are for first-time registrants and cannot be claimed more than once per player, household, device, or IP address.
- Winpk game reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at any time. If a promotion is cancelled, players who have already begun meeting the wagering requirement will be given fair consideration.
- Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without exception.
- Suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to betting opposite sides of the same market to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
- Winpk game reserves the right to withhold winnings generated from bonus funds if we believe the bonus was claimed fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including server errors, disconnection events or display errors — winpk game reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. Any apparent win arising from a technical error that is clearly not consistent with normal game operation will be considered void.
6.2 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets at winpk game are subject to separate Sportsbook Rules which are published on the Sports Betting section. In all cases, winpk game's decision on the settlement of bets is final. Bets placed on events with erroneous odds significantly different from market value may be voided at winpk game's discretion.
6.3 Maximum Wins
Individual game titles may carry maximum win caps which are displayed within the game information panel. Players should check the applicable maximum win before placing large bets. Winnings that exceed the maximum win limit will be capped accordingly without further compensation.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winpk game platform. Any player found engaging in these activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and will be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with games
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in Poker games
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or misconfigured odds
- Using fraudulent, stolen or third-party payment methods for deposits
- Money laundering or using winpk game to process funds from illegal activity
- Opening multiple accounts or providing false identity information
- Registering or playing from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
- Systematic bonus abuse or hedging bets solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk
